Glow Mas Solutions Limited is an Engineering Firm and also going to involved in the construction projects also. Sumona Islam took the ownership of the company and leads Glow Mas Solutions Limited, drawing on multinational experience delivering top-quality engineering and construction solutions to her clients.
She remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Glow Mas Solutions Limited galloping faster and heading for expansion. She has also initiated some successful business initiatives.
At a glance Sumona Islam has the leadership of controlling all the operations of Glow Mas Solutions Limited. And also very much friendly to her employee and the customers.

Mr. Shohel Ahmed has taken over the chair of the Managing Director of Glow MAS Solution Limited on 2023. Under his dynamic and visionary leadership, Glow MAS is galloping faster and heading for expansion. He has also initiated some successful business initiatives for the group including IT firm.

Muhammad Sulyman Hoque

Here Mr. Hoque is an extensively experienced professional in engineering sector especially in Power Generation. He has completed his B.Sc. Engr. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and also Member of The Institution of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB). He has served a number of power plants in Bangladesh and widely experienced in project planning and development.
Here at GMAS’s Engineering Division, our focus has always been on proactively delivering. Pioneering solutions for Bangladesh.
Our journey has began in 2023, starting with the Fire Safety project, setting up the industry & private sector. Since then, we have been omnipresent in Bangladesh’s industrial sector, with Glow MAS Solutions Limited.
We kept on delivering exemplary projects on time, with multiple first-of-its-kind Fire detection and hydrant System in Bangladesh. To carry on the business of providing comprehensive engineering consultancy services, including but not limited to architectural design, structural design, civil design, electrical design, solar panel installation, energy system optimization, mechanical design, and plumbing design. Additionally, the company shall offer expert services in foundation engineering and soil investigation.

Our journey began in 2023, starting with the software development project, Since then, we have been providing various solutions in Bangladesh and abroad. We kept on delivering exemplary projects on time.
